Take the pancake out directly out of the freezer (no need to thaw the pancake).
Have a frying pan and cooking oil ready.
On medium heat, place a pancake onto the pan. While frying, make sure you have plenty of oil on both sides of the pancake.
Continue pan-frying until the pancake starts to turn golden and crispy around the edges. See picture to the right.
Once all the pancakes are cooked, cut them into pieces and drizzle soy sauce on top to serve!
Add an egg and some basil for more variety. A green onion pancake sandwich, perhaps?
